Langenburg Housing Authority manages social and affordable housing rentals in the Town of Langenburg and provides safe and adequate housing to individuals and families in need. The intention is to serve households with low to moderate-income. The Housing Authority is regulated by policies and guidelines established by the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation and is subsidized by the federal, provincial and municipal governments.
Langenburg currently manages 2 social houses and 16 affordable housing units:

- 617-623 Third Str. North (duplex style)
- 501-507 Third Str. North (duplex style)
- 302-304 Riedel Ave. (duplex style)
Rent price: a set rate of $543.00 per month and a security deposit of one month's rent.
All appliances are included. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and maintenance of the yard for grass and snow removal.

Rent price: 30% of gross household income and $326 security deposit.

Application forms are available from Langenburg Town Office, Langenburg Housing Authority, or any Saskatchewan Housing Authority in the province. Upon receipt of a completed application and income verification, the Housing Authority will complete an assessment of the applicant's housing needs to determine priority for housing.
