  • Hungry? Browse through the list of local eateries and visit our local stores
  • While walking on the main street take a photo of the 'Greetings from Langenburg' mural and send it to your loved ones! (Highway#16, Ty's Pharmacy exterior wall)
  • Enjoy beautiful prairies by walking our Walking Trail that starts right behind the Langenburg Central School.
  • Spend a day at our brand new outdoor Swimming Pool that has a zero-depth beach entry, twin racer water slide, lazy river, diving board, Jr. Olympic lap pool, and refreshing ice cream.
  • Watch a movie, concert, or drama production at our widely known George Layh Theatre (September - May).
  • Visit Centennial, River Heights, or Langenburg Central School's newly installed playgrounds. Your children will love them!
  • Watch baseball, soccer, or hockey game at Langenburg Sports Grounds or Skating Arena. Check our calendar for the game dates. 
  • Try a new Canadian outdoor Crokicurl game that you can find at Centennial Park in the winter months.
  • Go for a family skate at our Skating Arena or use the outside skating rink that you can find by the Langenburg Central School.
  • Are you interested in churches and the cemetery's history? Check out the Heritage Cemeteries Project and offered tours.

  • Snowboarding, tubing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking - all these activities are just 30 min. away from Langenburg at Asessippi Ski Resort, located 54.7 km North-East on Hwy#482.
  • What about golfing? Visit Carlton Trail Regional Park located 19.7 km south on Hwy #8. You will find an amazing family campground with a 9 holes golf course, food court, swimming lake, playground, and nature trails
  • Asessippi Provincial Park located 38.7 km northeast on Hwy #482 features 68 km long a man-made Lake of the Prairies. It offers many activities such as fishing tournaments, boating, swimming, hiking, snowmobiling, camping, canoeing, mini-golfing, and much more.
